| I had bought the mizuno wave nirvana 4 which were very stable shoes just before Christmas. Then I read the improvements that wer made for the new nirvana 5. HUGE difference. Still had the great support for us overpronaters,but had much better cushioning and stability in the forefoot. Best running shoe I have ever worn without a doubt. Thanks Mizuno! |
